Easily distracted by sunflower and cows shirt. Well done, so many times we teachers are the ones who diffuse situations and are never recognized. So proud to be one of your peers. Loved the story. It happens every day in every school in every town and state. I taught 40 years in a public school and teaching is a challenge, but a rewarding profession. This story brought tears to my eyes. I loved every teacher I had in elementary school and to this day, will always believe they loved me too.
