So he’s getting exactly what he wants. A girl to do whatever with that is okay being his play thing. So when he ends up wanting to be in a relationship he’ll find someone else. Or he’s just messing around with you while he’s actively seeking someone else. If you don't mind being used, then go for it, be just a thing to him. But it sounds as if you want something more, but you can't say no. In that case don't ever talk to him again. Even if he apologizes and tells you he’ll be your boyfriend. I wouldn't take it seriously. He’s a child, and that won't change over night. If he’s not a child, then he’s not gonna change until he finds a girl that makes him change. She's not you.
I would say leave just because you will be there until he gets a girlfriend and he’ll still use you from time to time, when he feels like cheating on his girlfriend or when he breaks up with her. But since that's not what you want, just stop associating with him. It may be hard, but it will be a whole lot harder the longer you let this go on. There are plenty of people out there. Don't be the dumb one that stays hoping he’ll want you in 10 years. Because then you may just pass up some pretty good opportunities for nothing.
