You can compress the range and concentrate saturation to mimic the impression you had when you shot the image, as much as is possible. Or you can explore the other information in the photo by making what wasn’t visible visible. You can emphasize details by sharpening the image, which helps to compensate for the lack of experiencing it in 3 dimensions.
Expect to be recognized by the rest of the world. The current system of nations starts from the Treaty of Westphalia and in some sense a brotherhood with mutual recognition. You would not be accepted into that club and thus you will not have any of the rights and privileges of a "state". That means you could be "invaded" or arrested by the government surrounding you and even be put to death without the Geneva convention coming into the picture.
