I believe the answer can go a few ways. What about the church’s teachings are wrong? Or is it just the people? If it’s the church’s teachings, you could sit down with the pastor and go through the passages where you differ. If you still don’t agree after this discussion, I would start looking for another church. Websites tell you a lot about a church and what they believe. There’s usually contact info where you can ask questions and perhaps meet with their pastor to see if your beliefs mostly agree.
If it’s the people as you suggest, biblically you would go to them individually and show them their sin. If they don’t listen, you bring another person with you, and so on until the church is involved. In your situation, this may or may not work, especially if the hypocrisy is throughout the church. If so, start searching for another church like above. One passage comes to mind: rebuke the immoral brother.
